Green supply chain management can reduce the consumption of resources and environmental negative effects in the whole supply chain, and it also can effectively meet the growing demand of green consumption, then the competitiveness of the supply chain could enhanced. The study will contribute to the application and developmen of the dynamic entropy theory in green supply chain management,it will explore the new methods of quantitative literacy to management variables. To control the degree of variables in green supply chain management, combinding with enterprise variable data, the diagnostic proof of green degree in the supply chain will be made. The results will be applicated in business-oriented practice, it will make an important role in guilding the practical quantitative analysis of green supply chain system. First, it analyzes the content of the green supply chain and the obstacles existed in the management.For the huge borders of the variables in the green supply chain and distortion of the information measing, the paper will quantified describe the environmental management system through the definition of transfer function for the environmental management process, then to do some research to how to combine environmental management system managing the green supply chain, builde the selected variable model in the green supply chain management based on the fuzzy entropy theory, screening out the important factor influencing the green supply chain management. Second, the analysis of the key variables will use the FPN (fuzzy petri net) theory. According to the examples investigation of green supply chain overseas and the chain matrix of factors, extracting the key variable domain, and establish the selected model of the key factors based on FPN, improve the credibility of the selected results. In the further study,analysis the degree of influence of the variables in different supply chain with entropy weight model and the measurement of the green supply chain's management. The results show that the research method has significant improvement for the border areas, and its efficiency has been verified.Green supply chain management is a hot topic of current research, the paper focuses on research new methods of quantitative analysis of management variables. Through defining the dynamic entropy, and use which to obtain the complete information of management variables, analysis and establish the screening model;Researching a variety of modern information entropy theory and combing with the intelligent theory, which can distinct between the independent variables, dependent variables;Considering the dynamic of the entropy in the process of the supply chain management, design the variable measurement model of the Green Green Supply Chain Management based on dynamic entropy. For the enterprise managing the supply chain provide a quantitative reference has an important role in enterprise prefering a reasonable and scientific green management scheme, and it's also has great significance to help companies reduce waste of resources and protect the environment.
