Urban Management Enforcement Of Humane Law Enforcement

Humanization law enforcement as a hotspot of law enforcement agencies in recent years, has been paid more and more attention by the law enforcement officers and the people. Particularly in urban management that kind of difficult and tightly related to the people's daily life, the role of humanization law enforcement is especially important. Humanization law enforcement is the deepening and development of law enforcement in urban management, not only meet the requirement of civilized law enforcement and law enforcement for the people in this times, but is the essence of the legislation of law enforcement agencies. Humanization law enforcement has become the consensus of law enforcement agencies. So how to truly exercise humanization law enforcement in the process of urban management is a major issue requiring long-term exploration. This article based on the analysis of humanization law enforcement in urban management, combined with the present situation of it, looking for the problems that exist and explore how to develop and improve the humanization law enforcement in urban management.The first part of the article defines the concepts that involves in humanization law enforcement in urban management and describes how to correctly understand its content, at the meanwhile to introduce the development process of humanization law enforcement in urban management in China, describe the necessity to solve the problems of in humanization law enforcement in urban management.The second part of the article analyze the problems of humanization law enforcement in urban management through a combination of the status of it, such as widespread law enforement with violence and violent resistance to law, misunderstanding from the public to the work of humanization law enforcement in urban management and so on. Analyzed the related reasons, the article provide a realistic basis of solving the problem of humanization law enforcement in urban management.The third part of the article raises the suggestions to solve the problems of in humanization law enforcement in urban management, that is to changes the concept of it, make well humanization legislation, increase advocacy and monitoring of public opinion, promoting public participation, and improve the quality of law enforcement officials and so on.The fourth part of the paper takes representative mobile vendors in urban management as an example, draws on domestic and international management experience of mobile vendors, discuss how to execute humanization management to them, in order to provide working basis in other aspects of urban management.
