Coreworkers of a company hold the key professional skills and all inportant resources of it,which enable the compny to improve the enterprise competition ability and thus make steady progress.The wastage of coreworkers always has negative effects on the company and causes a great loss.For example,it can increase the expenses on talents recruitment,influence the normal management of the company,lower the enterprise competition ability, impacts the development strategy of the enterprise, harms the enterprise image and so on.So how to manage the coreworkers effectively, how to avoid losing them and make them work for the company become an urgent problem to be solved for mny enterprises.Xf,a sino-foreign joint venture,is a large-scale white goods enterprise.In recent years the coreworkers drain has become very serious,which has a negative effect on the development of the company.This article is based on the employee turnover theories in human resource management. It has made a thorough research on the staff wastage condition in XF company in the past three years, anlyses the reason and comes up with some precutions.This article is divided into four parts.The first chapter is about the analysis and summary of some employee turnover theories and petterns at home and abroad. It also includes the situation of study on staff wastage problem,which prepares the necessary theories for researching the staff wastage condition in XF companyChapter 2 mainly analyse the problems related to the coreworkers. It is about the definition, characteristic,function,and the way to indentify and confirm. Base on this,it further analyse the reason for staff wastage and the negative effects, which gives prop for the research on the XF company.Chapter 3 is based on the personal interviews and the data obtained through investigation.it analyse the staff wastage problem in the past three years (2008-2010). specificly and a range of reasons for it.Chapter 4 is about the strategies of getting,maintaining the corworkers and leave management of them according to the reasons above, which helps decide countermeasure of the problem in XF company.This article gives a thorough analysis of staff wastage problem and the problem in coreworke management in XF company and provides a range of operational measures and stategies.Hope it can provide a illustrativecase for the research on the staff wastage problem in companies,and give advice to companies of this type on solving the staff wastage problem.
