| Informal finance has a long history and very strong vitality in China. For a long time, Informal finance plays an important role in the development of private economy and local economy, but at the same time, it is a "double-edged sword", the strength of financial macro-control is weakened to a certain extend by it, and there is great non-negligible financial risk behind the development of informal finance. Documents concerning the emergence and development of informal finance can be seen everywhere, the risks analysis of informal finance are dispersed in research documents about policy direction, in which there are less documents about studying of special informal financial risks and their management. This dissertation is an attempt towards this direction. The purpose of this research is to find out the reasonable control measures through the risks analysis of informal finance, and to perfect our informal financial system.Firstly, in this article, the economic analysis of informal finance in china is analyzed, it points out the basis of the informal finance's emergence and development. It analysis the existing problems and causes of informal finance by the typical investigation about the conditions of informal finance in Tong-Liao of Nei Mongol. Secondly, Baseing on a thorough investigation and study on various concrete modes of informal finance, this paper analyzes risks contained in the activities of informal finance.It focuses on the empirical analysis on the risks of centralized informal finance as an example of the risk of ROSCA in Wen-Zhou, and educes the conclusion. Finally,With reference to the experiences of Taiwan, Japan and according to our practical situation, This article puts forward measures to control the risks of informal finance. That is to perfect the legal framework and financial regulation system of informal finance in our country, and to make the informal finance "in sunlight". The government should provide more channels to regulate the informal finance. |
