Study On Countermeasure And Influence Of Fdi On Jiangxi's Trade Structure

In this paper, we take the influence of FDI on JiangXi's trade structure as research object using theory and empirical method to study the influence of FDI on trade structure in order to propose some policy suggestions about trade structure optimization with proper use in FDI. This paper is divided into six chapters, three parts. The first part is a summary of FDI and foreign trade theory also along with carding of research achievement in China and abroad. The second part is an analysis about the general situation of FDI and foreign trade, including total number of FDI and foreign trade, the forms,regional distribution, source of FDI. Then we will make an empirical study on the influence of FDI on trade structure and come to conclusion that JiangXi's FDI and trade is increasing overall along with a little of fluctuation, there is a comparatively big gap in the use of FDI and trade number in these cities of JiangXi province, In the short run,the influence of FDI will deviate from trade structure because of time lag effect, but in the long run, it will be positive effect. In the third part, we will propose policy suggestions according to analysis result in second part and then discuss further research directions. This paper hold the opinion that if JiangXi province wants trade structure to develop reasonably by FDI utilization, it should enlarge the scope of attracting investment, change the source structure of FDI which mainly come from Hongkong and Taiwan, balance practical FDI between each city,narrow the gap of foreign trade,arrange reasonably industry orientation, rectify the deflection of investment structure for optimization and upgrade of industry structure, make full use of spillover effect in FDI, creat new export brand and achieve leaping development in advantage industry by using FDI.
