Quality Management Research In Beijing Cnc Broadband Olympics Network Construction

Beijing CNC, as the main communications provider of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, had completed the "Broadband Olympics" construction gloriously. In the construction of "broadband network", the broadband IP network expansion and optimization of Beijing were particularly important. In recent years, along with the rapid development of Beijing broadband, users for broadband network has been increased year by year. At the same time, all kinds of broadband service came forth, network flux traffic jammed. Users'need for higher bandwidth, faster rate, more satisfied service quality and higher network security is more urgent than past. In order to provide with more excellent quality and various service, keep the promise of "Broadband Olympics" commitment, ensure stable and efficient working of broadband network during the Olympic Games. From 2006 to 2008, Beijing China Netcom organized the technical experts of related departments, making deep research for current broadband network, market and Olympic Games Organized Committee's requirement, established and disposed the broadband IP network construction scheme. Through the expansion and optimization of network, the VIP special network construction, creating of abnormal flow cleaning system, successfully completed the guarantee task of the Olympic Games, achieved the "Broadband Olympic" promise to the public.This thesis based on the quality management research of Beijing Olympic broadband IP network construction, analyzed the factors of quality control influencing the broadband network, explored a estimate standard of modern internet network quality, brought forward some method for quality ensure, such as the renovation of network technology, network structure design and statistical analysis, network traffic model establish. Through the case study of the quality plan, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement, etc, establish effective quality management system, construct the standardized broadband network circulatory quality evaluation system and normative operation and maintenance management system. Through the practice of IP network construction project quality management, ensure broadband network service reach the requirements of business development in the network capability, network security and network performance of the sustainable development. The future of China Netcom's broadband network market development has greatly been promoted, brand impression has been enhanced, a standard network service quality evaluation has been provided of broadband network expansion plan in future, a quality management mode has been offered for future broadband network development and network construction.This thesis researched the Beijing CNC broadband IP network construction project through using the quality management theory and research method. It aims to explore standard for broadband communication network construction of quality management, to provide the practical significance for the communication industry development and construction of broadband network.
