Financial Competitiveness Index System Establishment And Evaluation Of The Listed Companies

The financial turmoil sweeping all over the world, financial risks are being exposed to the listed companies. Even as financial competitiveness leads to business failures, in order to enable listed companies have a fast development ,studing financial competitiveness comes into being an important issue.Enterprise is composed by purchasing, production, sales and finance department, which competitiveness is the comprehensive competitiveness of each department. Finance department to work as a whole enterprise competitive strategy development, financial personnel should analyze enterprise financial competitiveness, to find weaknesses, adopt corresponding measures to improve, thus to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper, on the basis of the research of the competitiveness enterprises at home and abroad, relies on enterprise financial theory, entrepreneurial competitive theory, competitive strategy theory, financial strategy theory, using combined methods of standardized research and empirical research.This research perspective and research content are mainly based on normative analysis and empirical research, using a combination of financial management of listed companies in China. Secondly the paper put forth a thought about maximizing the financial competitiveness of the direct targets of strategic financial management based on financial management of the new trends and new requirements . Follow the systematic, comparative, comparability, dynamic and static state, the paper will make a composite index system with qualitative and quantitative items, which has the financial, scientific and feasible integrated characteristic.Finally, for example the listed companies in China, and the report of listed companies provide reliable data for the premise, uses factor analysis method to combine the quantitative indicators, quantitative indicators are based on a number of financial indicators, which uses a small linear combination of several potential factors to express to arrive at the quantitative index weight coefficient of listed companies; uses qualitative fuzzy AHP analysis of indicators to determine the index weight coefficient. On the analysis basis of the above, the paper constructs a financial competitive evaluation system.
