| The SMEs are the main roles in China's economy and contribute a lot to China's social stability and economic development. However, the financing problem is the SMEs'bottleneck and limited the SMEs' development. The State Council and CBRC all required the banks to increase credit support for SMEs, and market development also requires the banks to build business centers for SMEs' financing. By the methods of investigation and theory-to-practice, the article first analyzed the research situation of the financing of SMEs home and abroad. Then by the analyzing the characteristics of SMEs'financing business, from the process of bank's financing business,we analyzed the defects of approval process, Personnel arranges, incentive mechanism of SMEs'financing business in Shanghai Pudong Development Bank.The domestic banks in China doesn't have any mature scheme of SMEs'financing business and most banks do their best to find a good scheme for SMEs'financing business. The article designed the business center of SMEs'financing from six aspects which include the process of approving loans to SMEs, Personnel arranges, risk pricing, profit accounting and business incentives. At last, by the thought of my practice in SMEs'financing business in Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, I gave suggestions to the supporting measures of the business center of SMEs'financing of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank.Through the research of the design of business center of SMEs' financing of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank,the article finds that the business centers'building must keep attention to institutional and managerial innovation. At the same time of giving schemes, the banks should pay attention to the change of macro-environment and the formation mechanism of business centers, and should building a good system of assessment, then we can get more rational and scientific reference to build business center of SMEs'financing of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank. |
