Research Project Materials Procurement And Management Mode

With the sustained and rapid development of China's national economy, a lot of money is put into the capital construction. With rapid development of the building industry, the material procurement management which is at the core of the project management will become increasingly important. It runs through the whole project life cycle, makes 60-70% or even 80% of the total project cost ,and plays an important role in the overall management of the project. Therefore, how to strengthen the material purchase management and improve material procurement management level for ensuring the successful completion of the project is of great significance.This paper is based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature. Firstly it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of material procurement management in the project management process, it elaborated the definition of the material procurement for the project management, as well as the theoretical basis of PMBOK procurement process and other related materials purchasing management. Secondly, it introduced the Force project material procurement principles, modalities, procedures, organizational environment and procurement processes, focusing on actual work, introduced the case of procurement of materials of Southwest Hospital, it special analyzed the project in Southwest Hospital and materials procurement organization division of labor, work breakdown and schedule control.Finally, the project combines the characteristics and deficiencies in the procurement of materials of Southwest Hospital, summed up the project procurement management in the procurement of materials planning, procurement implementation, procurement management and procurement close-management model and focus.Through the research of this essay, we can gain an accurate analysis of the key elements and the key issues of the project materials procurement management in the Forces. Through the improvement of these issues we can effectively optimize and improve the project of materials procurement management model of the Southwest Hospital, we can further the establishment of rules and regulations, and standardize the management procedures, in order to achieve the goals of the improvement of procurement efficiency, enhance purchase effectiveness, optimize procurement achievement.
