As the China's economy developing so fast, the industry structure upgrading, the culture industry has been one of the most emphasized industry structure adjust plan. As statistics display, as an important part of the culture industries, net game industry has made great contribution to the GDP, and there are more and more people make net game as an entrainment. However, due to some inactive report about the net game, the development of this industry has been discussed again. As the living level increasing, people's living demands are upgrading to the levels containing social need, self-esteem need and self-realization need. As the survey displays, the young consume net games mostly, net games provide a virtual world for them to satisfy those demands in the house. While net games supply such a virtual world, some consumers cannot distinguish the virtual and real worlds, spent too much energy and time on net games that their growth has been influenced badly. Then the media reports net games electrical harroin. Actually, due to satisfying the psychological needs of the consumers, net games are a kind of experience products that can make consumers addicted easily. However, the goal of net game industry is to promote people's living quality, to realize this goal, it should make its market large enough. Based on the rational addiction theory, from the three factors of net games make consumers addictive helpfully, this article try to prove that enhancing the three factors in the net games can give consumers better living quality. Then the essay provide some useful suggestions to the development of net game industry, and attempt to make the public treat net games rationally.
