Business Hotel Based On Bp Neural Network Model Micro-site Research

The selection of a hotel's location has a great impact on its operation and management. Business hotel takes such an important part in all kinds of hotels that its location is significant for its operation achievements, withstanding its investment risks, and the healthy and sustainable development of hotels. Because of its wide adaptability and big proportion in all the hotels, the selection of business hotel's location is representative in all hotels'location selection.First, according to the researches of the effect factors for the selection of hotel'location home and abroad, and related to the characteristics of business hotels, it fixed on seven effect factors for the selection of business hotel'location in this paper including:industry distribution, land cost, social environment, business environment, traffic factors, extending factors, city build plan and so on. Besides that, there were sixteen specific indexes used to testify the location selection system.Second, it analyzed the effect factors of the selection of business hotel'location by BP neural network. There are too many effect factors and most of them are nonlinear. For these reasons, when it dealt with the selection of business hotel's location by traditional attribution analysis, the nonlinear factors were mixed and finally affect its result. The main reasons to analyze the business hotel's location selection based on BP neural network model including its nice nonlinear map approaching ability, spreading ability, and good carry out ability. All of these made the network had enough pertinence to make effective analysis on complicated factors of the selection of business hotel' location and supplied the final decision of the location with valuable references. After showing the effect factors of the business hotel'location selection, it established the selection of business hotel' location based on BP neural network model.In the end, it took Chongqing as an example to make a demonstration. It evaluated one spare land of a business hotel'location selection item. By taking the data of similar business hotels' location selection as study data, it established a mature BP neural network model. It used this model to analyze all the effect factors of all spare land, get the final-score, and classify the locations. Finally it supply the selection of business hotel' location with valuable references that is significant for the selection of the hotel'location. At the same time, it demonstrated the practicability and operability of BP neural network model proposed by this paper.
