Microfinance has been proven to be an effective anti-poverty tool in the world. It was first created in the 1970s in Bangladesh, initially it was considered to be a means of helping the poor people.microfinance provides microcredit with higher interest rates to poor people through a special system without collateral assets, and its characteristics of broad outreach rate and high paying-off rate facilitates the effect of poor reduction.Microfinance as a kind of financial service mode for low-income people has been carried out widely all around world. Grameen Bank of Bangladesh is one of the best successful examples, which has created microfinance mode for impoverish farmers. It not only helps poor people shake off poverty but also controls its credit risk effectively, achieves benefits and keeps sustainable development. GB model is a template for many organizations to design their practices of microfinance in more than 110 countries and regions, and most replications of GB model have worked well.China is somewhat of a latecomer to microfinance. Since introduced into China in 90s of last century microfinance has made rapid progress in our country. But among all the microfinance institutions of our country, there is no institution which operate totally under commercial principles and no institution has achieved the goal of sustainable development.This paper reference the Grameen Bank's successful experience in microfinance, combined with the YiXian operation situation of microfinance projects, through comparative analysis the various plight our country's microfinance development face, give some reference and suggestions in establishing the development pattern of Chinese characteristic microfinance, constructing the modern rural financial system and how to do well the sustainable development of microfinance. This is not only conducive to microfinance institutions' own survival and development, but also to improve financial markets, and promote economic development in poverty-stricken areas and to help low-income people improve the quality of life.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction content, it mainly introduce the significance and purpose of the selected topic, the key problems ready to solve and so on. The second part mainly introduces the concept, characteristics, background, pattern of the microfinancea. the international microfinance development, our country microfinance development stage and the status. The third part mainly introduces the Grameen Bank's concept, characteristics, pattern, status and influence. The fourth part mainly introduced the analysis of application the YiXian poverty alleviation club which using the Grameen Bank model in our country. The fifth part mainly introduces how to explore the road of sustainable development which suitable our country's national conditions in microfinance.
