In recent years, economics of China develops quickly, and the speed of urbanization is quickly too. Along with the development of urbanization, the contradiction was appeared between the need of space and the shortage of land resource. By the same reason, limitations between the fast-growing population and limited city traffic facilities appeared. So the subway project is taken attention by all people concerned. Subway can make urban space expanded, and make the urban framework widen. It can solve the problem of traffic congestion, and improve urban environment. Subway project will be the new engine of the economic.At present, many internal cities have made a long-term plan of subway. Many internal cities engaged in the construction team of urban subway actively. But the subway construction project need to be considered many factors, such as high cost, long time of construction, the transformation and difficulty of the reconstruction after the completion, etc. It should be make a scientific, reasonable and deliberate decision before the construction. The subject of this thesis is to study subway project decision-making analysis. Decision-making of urban subway project is complex system with fuzziness and grey. According to this characteristic, this thesis establishes evaluation index system by four sides, economic, environmental, social and engineering geological conditions. The system take the method based on grey fuzzy number attribute hierarchical model to determine the weight of every evaluation index coefficient. Then evaluation criterion was set up by the experts'advices. Finally decision-making analysis of subway project is evaluated by using grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. With Nanchang metro line 1 for example, evaluation and analysis is made by grey fuzzy comprehensive. It will test and correction the model and parameters.Attribute hierarchical model and grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is combined in this thesis. Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis is combined too. It will give reference for the decision-maker, base on effective evaluation of subway project.
