The Study On The Development And Countermeasure Of Xinjiang's Cotton Logistics In China

As the biggest cotton goods base area, Xinjiang cotton's product has developed rapidly. Presently, the output of cotton products has doubled and redoubled, but it can't circulate smoothly and add value greatly. The reason is that the lagging logistical system of cotton has become the bottleneck of cotton development in Xinjiang, Compared with the past, which has made some progress. However, compared with the industrial logistics, because it starts late, cotton logistics exists a series of problems in the developing process, such as the shortage of recognition, the lag of the farm product logistics infrastructure construction, juvenility of the main body logistics, the low logistics technique level, the weak management of the cotton supply chain, the lag of standardization system of the logistics construction. Therefore, the article discusses developing countermeasures on the basis of theory of modern logistics to seek a road to solve cotton logistics in Xinjiang.This paper is constituted by six chapters, including the introduction. Chapter 1:Introduction; Chapter 2:Basic theories of cotton logistics, which introduce modern logistics theory, supply chain theory and agriculture product logistics theory; Chapter3:Comparative research on international agriculture-product logistics, sum up completely experiences in the development process of agricultural product logistics in developed countries; Chapter4:Status of development of the cotton logistics and anatomy of problems existing in it, this part summarizes the development status of cotton logistics in Xinjiang first, then gives the detailed anatomy again to the following points;Chapter5:In the foundation of analysis on the status and the problems of the Xinjiang' cotton, the research finds the restricting factors, then utilize the methods of Factor analysis and Principal component analysis to analyze the factors, and gain each factor scores, provides the research results which may refer to and profit from for the theory and the pratics development of Xinjiang' cotton logistics; Chapter6:The research on countermeasures about the development of cotton logistics in Xinjiang, this part combines the above-mentioned international and domestic successful experience and Xinjiang'realistic status, surrounds closely the problems existing in the cottonlogistic, and puts forward concrete suggestions for further development.
