| As the improvement of living standard, people's awareness of health concerning health-oriented care is gradually strengthening, thus health wine has become consumers'favorite, with a 30% annual growth rate of the rapid development. This means a tremendous room for growth of health wine industry. Facing such new opportunity, it is very crucial for HCCA health wine company, seizing the development opportunities, to determine and adjust the company's development strategyThis article, based on strategic management theories, presented the company's development strategy by in-depth researching on HCAA health wine's own characteristics and external development. This paper firstly discusses the background and significance of research, and summarizes the main contents and methods. Secondly, with the analysis on macroeconomic environment, industry conditions, competition conditions and Internal, external factors affecting business, we explain the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, through the Porter five competitive forces model analysis, SWOT analysis and PEST analysis in the strategic management. Thirdly, based on scientific and realistic analysis, we select, evaluate and determine HCAA health wine company's development strategy and correspondingly make recommendations and measures.Through this research, this paper argues HCAA health wine company should adopt an overall strategy of intensive growth. In the operational level, adopting the low-cost leadership strategy, with the supplement of differentiation strategy. In order to implement the overall strategy effectively, HCAA health wine company should take certain strategic measures concerning the technology development, production and operations, human resources, organization and culture to achieve HCAA sustainable development. |
