Study Of Development And Spatial Topic Of Producer Service In Beijing

Producer service is the most important part of the modern service industry, and also the core of developed countries and metropolises. Producer service has lots of characteristics and advantages, such as intellectual intensity, high technology, high value-added, high employed provided with lower energy consumption. As capital of China, Beijing has many advanced conditions to develop producer service. These years, the producer service in Beijing has been undergoing a high speed developing process, and its development improved not only the high end oriented industrial structure in Beijing itself, but also the regulation and promotion of the whole country through its radiation. Through studying of the current situation and characteristics of producer service in Beijing, analyzing its most important influence factors, and exploring the rationality of its spatial distribution and agglomeration, we can find existent problems and solutions, which have positive sense for the continual and healthy development of the producer service in Beijing.This paper imported concentration ratio, multivariable linear regression model, industrial correlation ratio, location quotient and etc, and we can come to a conclusion: producer service has a great effect on pulling the economics increase in Beijing. Financial service which has greatest contribution for economics increase is in the fastest growing speed and making most profits; circulating and business service make great contribution to the employment of Beijing; the developing of science and information service still needs lots of effort. Financial and business service are industries which have marked preceding correlated effect; and transportation and information service have both marked preceding and consequence correlated effects; while circulating and science service have marked consequence correlated effect. Though the study on space distribution we can find that the urban districts are with higher level of producer service cluster; while some agglomeration areas in suburban like Shunyi and Yizhuang has been growing up, and the screen television base in Huairou, the D-park in Jiuxianqiao, and animation industry base in Songzhuang are under constructing; the space structure of producer service in Beijing presents as ring course distribution, with the trend of expanding to suburban from the urban districts.In the future 5-10 years, producer service will certainly become one of the most important orientated industries in Beijing. So the government should give more supporting and guide rational of its development; and the enterprises should hold opportunity to enter and growing up faster. Only in this way, can we have an instant and healthy development of the producer service in Beijing.
