Contractions exist in the enterprise . The occurrence of contradictory causes the results that weakening enthusiasm of workers and reducing the organization efficiency. This thesis focuses on the contradiction between behaviors and systems of management that is one of the contractions in the enterprise organization. This research further deepened the contradictory management theory that starts in our country, also is helpful in the discussion of the behind reason which the internal conflict produces. Simultaneously, it is helpful and positive to discover and solute the contradiction , establish the management mechanism targetedly and practically, promote the lever of enterprise management.This article goal is to grasp in the reality of contradiction between behaviors and systems of management, reduce the inner friction, and raise the enterprise operation efficiency.This article content is classificaton analyzing the present situation of contradiction between behaviors and systems of management , the influence ,the reason , and the treatment.The studying method using in this article is the empirical study method .This article conclusion is that there are 16 contradiction between diferent behaviors and diferent systems of management , contradictions between behavior and system related to the actural operetion are more. the contradiction between behaviors and system about its similar behavier of management are more ; the contradiction between behaviors and system about plan of management are fewer. Contradiction between behaviors and systems of management has three kind of major effects : the impact of waste of resources, reducing employee enthusiasm and affecting the achievement of objectives of business.The reason of contradiction between behaviors and systems of management is human facts, those are person's cognition, the study, the benefit balance, the behavior custom and system's facts,those are irrationality and imperfectness. There are three treament :to process the system , to revise the behavior and to maintain the present situation.
