But at the same time, ERP is a high-cost,high-risk investments, the potential advantages need many factors to play.Therefore, in spite of many enterprises at home and abroad for the implementation of ERP is very positive, but the implementation of ERP performance evaluation is different.In fact, China is in a planned economy to a market during the transition period, changes in enterprise management mode, and changes fast, the Chinese enterprises to implement ERP are more difficult than in some foreign countries. Other enterprises are facing the external market environment, lack of standardized, and lack large-scale socialized production, they makes the implementation of ERP great difficulty.In that case, what is the the impact of the enterprise's implementation of ERP in China? If the implementation of ERP is really enhance the role of performance?These are all issues of concern to managers.Therefore,In this paper,the performance of our ERP implementation of empirical research is carried out.This article based on the review to the ERP implementation.choosing 342 listed companies in Shenzhen and Shanghai for the study, using the methods of empirical studies to test the implementation of ERP for the relevance of the performance of the company.The results show that:First, ERP implementation and operating performance has positive correlation,so that ERP functional modules in the enterprise management has played a very good role. Explained that the ERP functional played the very good role in the business management, revolution condition had a new look obviously, the business events Functional departments information was smooth, plan coordinated improvement. Sencond, the ERP implementation is non-correlated with the company profit.the ERP implementation has not the remarkable influence to the profit of company.The profit making achievements are the flow optimization reorganization final outcome, its promotion need more management and longer time accumulation. Finally, ERP has a process to company performance, in a short time cannot manifest. This is because the long-term performance of ERP and investments in the short term costs. As a result of the ERP short-term high cost, the ERP cost shares causes a part of company's profit so that the ERP implementation the first year drop. Therefore, Enterprise must pass a long-term investment, after the overall operation of ERP to improve business performance.According to the above study,to analysis the reason for the implementation of ERP of Chinese, enterprises not to enhance profit performance significantly,providing a basis reference For the implementation of ERP managers.The main reason for this phenomenon is that the ERP companies belong to the time of development stage,The level of ERP implementation and application is lower,lacking existence conditions of ERP implementation.So the lower of the success rate of ERP implementation is not the productivity paradox of information technology isself.The Revelation of this study is that the management are not talking about whether ERP systems is implement,but how to implement it.we shoud overcome the deficiencies of the enterprise,specific business needs, pay attention to the implementation process, choose the right ERP software vendors, enhance training, and improve the success rate of ERP implementation. |
