The current retail-market is showing unprecedented competitive landscape: industry profit is gradually diluted, declining corporate profitability, with strong offensive of international giants. And this situation will be worse, more and more foreign-funded enterprises comes to the market to seeking bigger market shares.The Local industry is facing unprecedented challenges, based on the fund and experience, the international giants already have their stores in the first-tier cities in Sichuan, and beginning to exploring the second-tier cites of east and south of Sichuan, the big local retailers can compete with them directly, but for the small retailer, it means disaster when the international giants arrived, it is an important issues that how the small retailers live and develop facing the fierce competition when the international giants has an absolute advantages.This article mainly focus on how the large-scale foreign retailers effects the Sichuan Jiahe Group after they entering the Chinese retail market, and analysis the Regional infiltrating complex business model which is chose by Jiahe Group for direct competition strategy, using SWOT theory to analysis it.
