Inter organization theory appears in recent years. After the publication of Coase's "The nature of Enterprise", he clears up that "it is not impossible to find a strict boundary to define an enterprise"; later Williamson put forward the concept of mixed organization . From the role of management science, Inter organization is a kind of innovation of organizations, or we can regard it as the tendency of organization reform and the reaction to the turbulent environment and the desire of information technology development.In early time, inter organization is dominated by enterprise's equity property, linked by specialization of assets, and form new enterprise. With the development of information technology and contract, the formation of contract relation between enterprises oriented from the long time cooperation, inter organization linked by contract and information technologies become the main styles. The basic reason of it is the save of transaction and management costs. The thesis studies on the operation model of Inter organization, discuss the application of Information technology and operation theory to the Inter organization, and put forward the running model.The writing method of the thesis is theory mixed with actual. Chapter two, we analyze the basic circumstances of inter organization overview the domestic and foreign fundamental researches, and creatively analyze operation characteristics of inter organization under the different link. Chapter three, we studied the information strut system of Inter organization operation model -EDI and Internet, and analyze the characteristic of them. Chapter four, we study the features of production operation strut system of Inter organization, discuss the modern operation system -how to match them with Inter organization.
