Closed-end Fund Performance Empirical Analysis

At present, domestic research about funds is not a lot. There is fewer empirical analysis and the depth of the studies is not enough. The performance analysis of the close-end fund, as one of the important contents of the positive research, was not paid more attention until the fund business developed faster in recent years. The purpose of this text is to evaluate the performance of every domestic closed-end fund and compare every one with the others, utilizing various kinds of mathematics and physics models. Then we will appraisal comprehensively the statement of every fund and impaction of every factor on performance of the funds.This dissertation is divided into six parts, including the preface. It consist of as follows:Preface discusses the signification of the selected topic, the definition to the concrete research methods and the logical structure of this dissertation.Chapter one "the domestic and international relevant theories and research results". This chapter states the theoretical foundation from two aspects involving the development of these theories in western countries and the application of these theories in our country.Chapter two is "the choice of tools those are used in the empirical analysis of the closed-end fund". We will make detailed explanation about these tools. Meanwhile, we will exposite base combination, research time limited and research objection which will be used in the practical research.Chapter three is "the empirical analysis of the closed-end fund of our country". The author will analyze the performance of closed-end funds from three aspects involving earning ratio and risk index,the index of the risk control and the fund managers' ability in this chapter.
