The traditional theories of international trade usually assume that both the commodity markets and the factor market are perfect competitive, every factor is fully used and completely flexible. On the premise of this assumption, unemployment doesn't exist, meanwhile, international trade doesn't influence the relative income level of citizens, which means no change on income distribution. The reality resulting of income redistribution is that, factors resource are not fully utilized, unemployment exists extensively broadly , labor force transfers among the departments, and it is necessary to find and train the labors before employment.This paper studies the effects of trade liberalization on wage distribution in the developing countries using the method of combining the theoretical research and empirical research together. The basical structure of this paper is as follows.Chapter 1 gives the concept of trade liberalization ,and its measurement. About the level of trade liberalization, there are a lot of approaches to measure it, which include two categories that are individual index and comprehensive indexes. The approaches of measurement should be chose according to the specified situation of the country's economy.Chapter 2 describes the theoretical basis and general effects of trade liberalization. This part, which is based on the classical trade theories, discusses the development and amendment of the trade theories, briefly demonstrates the D-S model and the new classical trade theories. Concerning the general influences of the free trade, this part briefly introduces the influences of the free trade on employment of the import & export departments and the education level of a nation. This paper also briefly analyzes the influences of the free trade on global economy development.Chapter 3 studies the related theories of the effects of trade liberalization on income distribution.
