Bonded Logistics Park In China - Shanghai Waigaoqiao Bonded Logistics Park Operation And Development

Bonded logistic zone (BLZ) is the typical zone for promoting international port industry and modern logistic industry which enjoys the special policy of bonded zone and export process zone and adopts particular scrutiny andmanagement mode. Bonded logistic zone-the rudiment of free trade zone isthe focus of this article.The first chapter is the theory basis of bonded logistic zone which is based on free trade zone and logistic zone theory. Another part of this chapter is about the development of free trade zones in other countries and logistic zones in China. Through expatiates the relations among bonded logistic zone, logistic zone, export process zone , bonded zone and bonded port, the second chapter summarizes the property of BLZ. The third chapter introduces the status, function and operation mode of BLZ in China. As the core of the article, the fourth chapter takes Shanghai Waigaoqiao BLZ as the case for analysis. Besides, It also introduces an analysis system which is consisted of more than 30 factors. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, we probe into the operation experience and problems exist in Shanghai Waigaoqiao BLZ. After analyzing the circumstance of Shanghai Waigaoqiao BLZ, the last chapter finds the solution for its' problems and sets the goal of Shanghai Waigaoqiao BLZ.The meaning of this paper is that it summarizes the properties of BLZ in full-scale, but also through analyzing the operation status of Shanghai Waigaoqiao BLZ, the experience and solutions are very important reference for other BLZs and Bonded port in China.
