| It is of great importance for a company to formulate and implement its business strategy in its Endeavour to survive and grow. Along with the quickening steps taken by Chinese enterprises in their adaptation to the globalization, more and more companies have attached importance to the study, formulation and implementation of strategy. The focus of this thesis is on the research of a long-term development strategy of commercial credit guaranty companies.This paper starts with an introduction of the evolution of the credit guaranty industry in developed countries emphasizing on the basic rules and features of credit guaranty industry in foreign countries, based on which, an analysis of major competitors within the industry as well as the important driving factors affecting the industrial change is conducted, using the five-forces model advocated by Professor Porter. The author continues to analyze the credit guaranty industry in our country, points out the main problems such as the poor credit system, the big discrepancies of the financial ecologic environment in different areas in our country, and instability in the development of the financial markets, and put forwards solutions accordingly.By applying economic theories and using empirical analytical tools, the author holds that commercial credit guaranty companies have potential growth opportunities in building their credit system and concludes that the trend of change of financial markets in our country will have great impact on the strategic positioning of commercial credit guaranty companies.In conclusion, the author discusses the development strategy as well as the action on implementation of our credit guaranty industry from the perspectives of internal and external environments and the growth trend of the industry, and suggests on a trial basis for the first time the transformation of commercial credit guaranty companies upon certain maturity stage of the securities market of our country into the credit evaluation companies. |
