In our country, the LSP(logistic services provider) is almost small, although the quantity is multitudinous, it is limited by the scale and the operational ability, and it is unable to satisfy the logistics market's demand. In order to solve this problem, some scholars proposed the LSP dynamic alliance theory —one that is appeared firstly in the manufacturing industry in recent years. While scholars are discussing dynamic alliance 's signification and its feasible in operation in LSP, it forms its rudiment in many logistic park.By the fact happened in the logistics park, this paper defined the dynamic alliance realistically in LSP through the theory of dynamic alliance. This paper answered the following questions: how the dynamic alliance organized in LSP , and how LSP operates the dynamic alliance successfully, what is the most important factors that influence the dynamic alliance, then discussing the possibility from the dynamic alliance to general alliance. This paper analysed three critical factors(information platform, resources dependence, member relationship) that influence the dynamic alliance's performance in LSP, proposed the quantitative index of the factors, performance and stability (commitment) in dynamic alliance of LSP and assumption, then established the theoretical model, And carried out the confirmation through the questionnaire survey and analysis based on the PLS method of structure equation. The result discovered the performance and the information platform, the resources dependence, the member relationship has the remarkable relations, and stability also has the remarkable relations with the performance. These all conformed to the formerly assumption. But the stability and the member relationship don't have the remarkable relations. This is different with the former assumption, because of the character of logistic park.
