Listed Company Profit And Loss Forecast

Based on a sampling of electronic information industry of "ST" and no "ST" listed companies of China, the main study of the thesis explores preliminarily analysis of profit and loss forecast by ratio analysis and multiple regression analysis about financial crisis warning of listed companies in China.Electronic information industry plays an important role in the development of national economy, which creates tremendous wealth and boosts the economy, but it also has become the foundation for the development of many industries, which is changing traditional industrial production methods. This thesis studies different financial indices that can sensitively reflect financial risk. They include, which usually used, debt paying ability index, operating ability index, profitability index, developing ability index and so on. After ratio analysis about these indexes, a multiple regression model has been set up to comprehensively analysis companies' financial status.At the present, many unfavorable factors, example for imperfect system and the excessive enthusiasm of investors and so on, cause confusion in the stock market of China, which lead to a over expanding market in value. Analysis of profit and loss forecast can not only give us more understanding of the relevant companies business, but also it is beneficial for managers to make the rational decision on the business operation of companies, which of what will provide important protection for the long-term stability for socio-economic development.
