The inequality between developed and developing countries does not cease to increase. South countries continue to accumulate the economic development delay. The Latin American, sub-saharan Africa , Asian, Middle East and Magreb...etc countries about the social-economic situation look like same. Every year in his reports World Bank and International Monetary Funds presents the difficult situation of developing countries. Whereas, these countries have been benefited of the development aid from developed countries. Developing countries have also applied the development theories and strategies which have been allowed the development in North countries, and the international community also adopted some methods aiming to reduce the gap between North and South for to fight the poverty and then to improve population well being in developing countries. But, South countries development situation is increasingly unchanged. So, it is possible to wonder how these methods have not enabled the economic growth while aiming to get out of undevelopment in South countries. So, the document's content will allow us to understand the causes and some suggests about getting out off crisis situation. The dissertation have been permitted to do some diagnosis about the potentialities and difficulties of the sub-saharan Africa countries, to study some theories, policies and programs have been adopted for to accelerate economic growth such as strategies and developed programs, development aid, bretton woods institutions programs, millennium development goals and New african Partnership for Africa's Development, finally, the marginal problems of sub-saharan Africa countries have been studied which cannot support people well being improvement and also cannot accelerate economic growth. Compared with other undeveloped regions, the marginal problems have been worsened people difficulities while haveing negative effects on his progress, then present a suggestive design about resolving the problems of the region. Then we can develop some conclusions as follows:firstly, because economic development strategies that have been adopted have not favored the progress of the region , more and more people have been drived in misery and poverty,so these policies have been one of the region economic development obstacles. secondly, Sub-saharan Africa countries still are marginalized. The marginalization have aggravated poverty and constitute one of Sub-saharan Africa countries development obstacles, for example globalization have not been advantage to this region, WTO is one of the cases of marginal problems, finally, public authority objectives restoration and peace flashback must be one of priority projects for Sub-saharan Africa countries.
