The electronic commerce, as one emerging industry, in the last few years obtained the swift and violent development, brought the new growth for the global economy. At the same time, its fast development directly had facilitated the electronic commerce fundamental research to be still at an initial stage, the research of profit pattern and so on still contains more insufficiencies. Just because its idea research is not enough, the electronic commerce enterprise possibly has often adopted some superficialities management methods. This kind of superficiality behavior inevitably brings the hindrance to the electronic commerce enterprise's development. At this time, studying the electronic commerce enterprise, we must answer some questions: Why electronic commerce enterprise in network economical foam arrival had massively went out of business? what defeated and success experiences needs to summarize? why the electronic commerce enterprise's profit was so difficult, and under the current background, what the electronic commerce enterprise need if they want to develop and succeed.The electronic commerce is been fast developing, which has attracted the massive scholars and experts to research the theory. However, we discovered, the basic theory has been day by day complete, but the profit pattern actually does not have the new breakthrough. Because, the electronic commerce is a concrete application in the emerging network economy, and its essence is carrying on the commercial activity using the modern information technology. Technology only is the method, the core is commercial pattern. From this viewpoint, only gaining the actual profit can conform to the commercial principle, and can it has the existence value and the development foundation. This inevitably involves in a basic question--profit pattern, how makes money. The electronic commerce profit patterntheory is bred in the electronic commerce theory and the innovation under the traditional enterprise management and the operation pattern rationale. In the situation of bad management in multitudinous electronic commerce enterprise today which has led the massive out of business, the proposing of this theory has significant meanings to either the newly founded or the already existing E-commerce businesses.The paper mainly researches electronic commerce enterprise's profit pattern, it firstly summarized the electronic commerce and the electronic commerce enterprise's related theory, and elaborated our country electronic commerce enterprise's development present situation, further summarized and induced the existing electronic commerce enterprise's seven kinds of profit pattern. About the profit pattern analysis, this article carried on analysis separately from the case analysis, the applicable scope, the competition structure, the key customer, the service direction, the marketing strategy, the cost of operation, the prospective profit, the profit difficulty and many angles. Finally taking Alibaba (China) as the key research case, from profit patterns of Alibaba, existing success experience, its problems and lessons, the tendency forecast and so on were carried on a careful analysis and research.Among others, the paper proposed the region or the vertical substation alliance frequency channel, the co-construction pattern, the wireless increment service pattern, the payment, the profit creating from logistic process. These three kinds of pattern proposed has a stronger foresightedness, has the certain reference value to the electronic commerce enterprise's development.
