Shortage of motivation should be an important reason for the brand creation as it is not developed very well. This article aims at searching out a series of motivate means which is fit for the whole brand life period by using qualitative analysis to discuss the impact and shortage of varying motivate means.This paper makes analysis bases on the brand life period theory and the motivation theory. For easy of presentation, I give a statement of relevant theories of brand life period and brand motivation in the second chapter. According to the current investigation of brand life period I give my understanding of brand life period and make it into three phases in the third chapter. The fourth chapter is the emphasis of this paper. I give detail analysis of specialty including effects and shortage of varied motivation means from the life period angle. In the fifth chapter, I build the motivation mechanism of brand creation and give advice of motivation means amelioration.I am not the first one who does research on motivation to brand creators. Many scholars have given advices of brand creation and they have also mentioned the motivation means to brand creators. But few of them gave a comprehensive statement of various motivation means and much less of the effects and how to make use of them. There are three innovations in this paper. First of all, I give a pectinnation of the various motivation means. Secondly, the article is composed based on the brand life period. I give a presentation of effects and shortage of different motivation means. Thirdly, I draw a compounding of the motivation means in three phases of the life period and give motivation models by using qualitative analysis. At last I give advices on how to use the various motivation means during the brand life period.
