Tt Technological Innovation Mode Analysis

Technical innovation is the source of economic growth and main power of corporation development. As only TT Corporation with research institute background, past development road mainly depended on analyzing foreign sample, imitation and manufacture. Undoubtedly, this development road would make the corporation lag behind and even disappear in the intense market competition. With the increasing development of machine tool industry, how to choose effective technical innovation pattern for improving the competition ability of corporation and winning more market share is a key for the sustainable development of TT Corporation in the new century.In this paper, the domestic and foreign technical innovation and present situation of the pattern theory research were analyzed and generalized. And the paper put emphasis on technical innovation concept and the technical innovation pattern theory. According to the technical innovation method, technical innovation was divided into the three kinds of basic patterns: Independent innovation pattern, imitation innovation pattern and cooperation innovation pattern. It is very important for the specific enterprise to choose technical innovation pattern which is suitable for enterprise characteristic, scale and technical innovation ability.On the basis of theory analysis, the author summarized TT Corporation's technical innovation characteristics and defects by analyzing TT Corporation technical innovation history, present situation, company strategy pattern and company technical innovation ability state and learning the technical innovation experience of the same domestic and foreign industry company. Based on the product category of corporation, we creatively proposed innovation pattern which combined imitation innovation pattern in foundational technology and relative products with cooperation innovation pattern. Moreover, we should adopt independent innovation pattern in terms of application technology and relative products.In the paper, some feasible advice is proposed for the development of TT Corporation from the aspect of technical innovation pattern, which is also significant for the same industry company and tool factory.
