Performance appraisal for the middle function is the core of the internal management of enterprises, but also a weak point and the performance appraisal difficult. At present the domestic research and practice is all insufficient. Although overseas quite has the progress, but performance appraisal suited the Chinese middle enterprises function is still a difficulty and key, urgently awaited to study the advancement.Literary grace this with determine the nature appraisal combine quantitative appraisal with, theory analysis with real example combine together, use successful experience for reference with pioneer and invent the method to combine together. The thesis is based on the work nature and trait of function department, analyses the difficulty of appraisal and puts forwards the corresponding solution measures. Through analyzing and argument of the existing enterprise performance indicators system, we induced the question and have drawn the appraisal indicators systemdesign unscientific conclusion. Then we propose the "core function" based on "2/8 principles" as well as construct the indicators system based on the core function. In view of thorough research and analysis, we construct the content frame of indicators system, and propose indicators system frame model suitable to the enterprise functions. The thesis takes core function as a key, and proposes the core function selection standard and design flow. In this foundation, we design classified the indicators system based on the core function and then the indicators system supporting link. In the final we explain how to deal with the support of the design ideas and methods of the indicators system based on the core functions with a case study.
