China's Commercial Banks Non-performing Assets Securitization Research

Non-performing asset are always restricting development of Chinese commercial banks, and we will try to carry out the thorough research on a financial innovation tool, non-performing asset securitization, to improve non-performing asset'management efficiency, and resolve banks'business risk, and broaden channel of financing and investing.The article's point is to carry out a discussion and put forward a suggestion on pattern and process of non-performing asset securitization and securities design, and to achieve the research goal through the case analysis and design.There are six parts in this article, including introduction and five chapters.In the introduction, we analyze the stern situation on which Chinese commercial banks are facing for non-performing asset, and to propose questions.Chapter 1: we summarize how to handle with non-performing asset in China, and analyze the necessity and the feasibility of non-performing asset securitization.Chapter 2: we briefly introduce domestic and foreign practice about non-performing asset securitization.Chapter 3: we introduce general process of non-performing asset securitization, at the same time, considering on the actual situation of China, we put forward corresponding suggestion on Chinese non-performing asset securitization.Chapter 4: we make a design on non-performing asset securitization about a commercial bank branch, according to the experience and the suggestion in the chapters above. We carry out discussions on the core problem of non-performing asset securitization—non-performing asset pricing and non-performing asset backed securities pricing, and we go further to analyze the questions through the example.Chapter 5: we briefly analyze the difficulty of non-performing asset securitization in China, and put forward some policy suggestion.
