This paper mainly discusses the application of quantitative analysis technology in human resource management audit. In our country, the human resource management audit is a quite new concept, most enterprises just realized the importance of human resource management, far has not realized the importance of human resource management audit, but theorists had researched the human resources management audit because the difficult position enterprises had already met in the realistic human resource management, they will help the enterprise to find the question to be, the nature of the question. According to the specific standard ,using the comprehensive research analysis method, the human resource management audit carries on the comprehensive inspection, the analysis and the appraisal to organization's human resource management system, to provide solves of the question direction and the mentality, it must be clear about the mechanism for the improvement human resource management function and the technology which the question as well as the question producing, and it also provides the science support for the organization strategic target realization. Examining the major activities of human resource management is the goal of human resource management audit. It starts from examining department goal, and then compares to its result. The function of human resource management audit lies on finding the problem, limiting the problem, analysising the problem, expliciting the method and the mentality of solving the question, it is the basic premise of human resource management as well as any solution. In this process, the method and the technology of auditing directly affect the accuracy of auditing result, and this paper mainly introduces quantitative analysis which has manifested the trend of international management science development, because of its succinct, rigorous, precise, clear, profound, it is deeply managed by auditors, it helps setting up the consciousness of result in the enterprise, it helps reversing the goal dislocation, pays more attentions to the degree enhancing of enterprise human resource management capacity, avoids the easily subjective factor influence and the fuzzy result of pure qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis of present human resource management audit includes data collection technology and data analysis technology. The data collection refers to technology of obtaining the data, the literature, the material which the management audit needs, it includes literature scrutinization, statistical data, face-to-face audit talk, questionnaire survey, management experiment and so on. And the data analysis technology mainly refers to retreat the data which obtains and to provide the support for the final audit conclusion, which includes quota description, quota comparison, quota graphical representation. Through the rational test, the completion test, the disparity test, the trend analysis, the regression analysis, the statistical analysis as well as the transaction match (uniformity) tests, it makes the final audit result more persuasive. The paper takes DR Corporation and subordinate XX department as an example, introduces the application of each method of quantitative analysis in the actual human resource management in detail, finally the paper summarizes the observation or discovery of each advantageous situation as well as the disadvantageous situation, describes any abnormal situation, as well as the reason of situation occurring. And according to the related audit discovery, the enterprise puts forward motion frame of the proposal, the achievement correcting these abnormal situation and the reason, in order to improve the human resource management of the enterprise comprehensively.
