Sme Investment In Fixed Assets Management Study

The fixed assets investment has following characteristics: firstly, it involves a large number of money; secondly, it has a great impact on enterprises; finally, it is very difficult to change once investing, etc. So the investment has very high risks. As we all know, the fixed assets investment is a very important part of the enterprises' financial activities. However, there are serious shortcomings about the investment in the management of small and medium-size enterprises. The problems which the fixed assets investment of small and medium-size enterprises faces are serious barriers that always puzzle the growth and development of enterprises. The success or defeat about investment in fixed assets of a lot of small and medium-size enterprises does not inevitably relate to preliminary analysis and decision .A number of investment projects do not make the forecast clearly .However, luck and opportunity play important roles in the investment success, which make the capacity of the fixed assets investment decision of small and medium-size enterprises in a relatively low level for a long time and cause the investment efficiency to be low, even lead enterprises into bankruptcy because of the investment mistakes. But up to now, good methods to solve these problems have not been proposed. In order to further explore how to effectively improve the capacity of the fixed assets investment decision of small and medium-size enterprises and help them go out of the dilemma about fixed assets investment, I consulted many data relating to the investing management of fixed assets and analyzed a number of typical cases. In this thesis, the author tries to start with sources of problems and analyses the present situation of financial management and investment management of small and medium-size enterprises, and then comes up with some specific recommendations which are more suitable for small and medium-size enterprises and are verified with examples.
