Hongyun Group's Raw Material Storage Management Problems In Improvements

Yunnan tobacco department is the main contributor of finance income in the province, but in tobacco enterprise, a universal problem exists. This is the management of raw material doesn' t match with cigarette production. The raw material belongs to the agricultural product. The management of tobacco leaves is far behind cigarette industry for some reasons, which restricts the modernization process of Yunnan tobacco enterprise.Based on this, using the thoughts of modern logistics management , we researched the warehouse management of Yunnan tobacco raw material in order to improve the ability of warehouse management of raw material and establish the management system of raw material which matches with cigarette production modernization.Main existing problems in enterprise are weak foundation of warehouse management, lagging information system and low quality of the warehouse workers, which lead to working together without cooperation, low efficiency, low response, low management level and bad service. In order to solve these problems,we put forward ABC management method develop information system of raw material matching with it and improve logistics skills of employee.The result showed that we not only improved work,service and flexibility, but also saved 10. 45 million RMB on these three aspects. Using management theory of modern logistics storage ,management of raw material realized fast change, low cost, quick response to customer. So the competition capacity of our enterprise was enhanced. Through realizing the balance of service and cost , the competition superiority of our enterprise was created.
