By utilizing the exterior resources, the virtual enterprise is an important organizational model to obtain competitive advantage and achieve rapid growth. Since the 1990s, virtual Enterprises are organized all over the world, but the risk of confidence has been restricting it further to develop. So the theoretical discussion on the establishment of the good relationships, the prevention of risk of confidence and the improvement of its response to the market are of great importance.Start with the discussion on the characteristics of the virtual enterprise, combined with the actual conditions, the author proposes the ideas on the management of the virtual enterprise. In Chapter HI, a model based on both the qualitative and quantitative approach is given. According to it, the trustee can be selected by measuring the level of confidence. In chapterIV, it discusses the formation of the mutual confidence of the virtual enterprise, the discussion is based on both the analysis of the virtual enterprise itself and the exterior market environments. In this chapter, a model on the formation of confidence is given besides two basic requirements in realizing the good relationships. In ChapterV, both the risk of confidence and the guarantee of confidence are presented from the following aspects: dynamic contract, fame mechanism, commercial morals etc. It concluded that in order to prevent the risk of confidence, soft restricts as well as hard restricts can be applied.Finally, by careful analysis of the case—virtual enterprise of Metersbonwe in the building of the good relationships. The discovery of the case and the conclusions of the present study are quite consistent. It confirmed the viewpoint of this paper more reliable and more guidable.
