Firstly, this article reviews the development of exhibition industry of our countryin the recent years. After macroscopic analysis on world exhibition industry, itpresents current Chinese exhibition industry, points out developing potential, problemissues and developing trend of Chinese exhibition industry. After macroscopicanalysis on current Chinese exhibition industry, it also demonstrates the significanceof brand establishing in exhibition industry. Secondly, it illustrates the environment ofbrand establishing and its establishing process of an exhibition enterprise. It illustratesfive segments of brand establishing of an exhibition enterprise in detail, demonstratesthe whole process of brand establishing of exhibition enterprise. With the real instanceof an exhibition enterprise, it shows the results of previous market research, brandingstrategy based on research, brand promotion during the exhibition invitation, brandestablishing through services and brand expanding during the exhibition invitation.Using Michael Porter's Five Forces Model, SWOT analysis and other classicmanagement research methods, it analyzes the importance of macroscopicenvironment, market development, brand establishing of exhibition industry. At last, itbrings forward my personal suggestions and opinions of brand establishing ofexhibition enterprise.
