Simonde de Sismondi is a famous economist and historian.He was born inSwitzerland but lived in France.He is called the finisher of France classical politicaleconomy, and the founder of economic romanticism. He is also called the first manwho think man is more important than wealth for founding the tradition of economichumanism. Although his theory of economic ethics based on humanism waseconomic romanticism, it' s realism.Not only it reflects the reality of those days butalso it is very important to form the rules of ethics on the market economy ofsocialism and found harmonious society. The article includes five parts. Part oneanalyzes economics must be based on the wellbeing of all the people.It expressesthe theory through analyzing the object of economics and the thought ofconsummation deciding production. Part two analyzes the focal point ofcontradiction on social economy. It criticizes the egoism and calls for the conscience.Part three mainly criticizes free competition of market economic. The article thinks itleads to economic crisis and polarization between the rich and the poor. Part fouranalyzes the ideal model of social economic. The article analyzes the function ofgood ethics and the ration of equal private property. The four parts constitute themain contents of Sismondi' s economic ethics. The article comments on the thoughtsof Sismondi's economic ethics thought connecting other related economists whileanalyzing the thoughts. Five part analyzes the enlightenment of Sismondi'seconomic ethics. The first enlightenment is overall, namely the article analyzes theenlightenment according to the connection of economic and ethic. The other fourenlightenments correspond to the four corresponding contents of Sismondi'seconomic ethics.
