Organizition research which rises to practice at the business enterprise belongs to the management realm. With mankind society developing from industrial economic ages to network economic ages, the network of enterprise organization is the important subject which is mention by numerous scholars, combining together with the modern enterprise theories in the economics, the point of research is the each enterprise network organization, and the network manage a problem develop on this foundation.This dissertation gives attention to the enterprise intra-firm organization. Based on organizing theories and modern manufacturer theories, by comparing the current domestic and international related research, and outstanding importance of the economies of scope, the dissertation put forward that the economies of scope helps the network of business enterprise to turn structure and the economies of scope is a creative terrace. Combining the network of enterprise organization and the economies of scope is the valid way to solve the enterprises' innovation and efficiency loss. From the benefits of the angle this dissertation did model analysis about the network node which is the agent of inner unit of the enterprise organization, it opened widely concept of the economies of scope and the biggest strengthened explication ability of the economies of scope. Later, involve to the business enterprise boundary's problem is the extension which discusses to the scope, this dissertation agrees that the influence each other between enhancement of the trade efficiency and the knowledge accumulation accelerated by division of labor limits the scale of enterprises, and the enterprises' boundary is dynamic and evolve.
