Small And Medium-sized Private Enterprises In Technological Innovation Team Qualified For The Relationship Between Force And Innovation Performance Study

On the development of social economy, team has already played a leading role in the area of technology innovation. The successful construction of technology innovation team can not only improve the organization's economic benefit and technology innovation ability, but can also develop the integrative competition power of the organization. There's no doubt that the technology innovation team will become more and more popular in the enterprises. On the basis of driving the small and medium-sized private enterprises achieve technology innovation in China and taking the road of sustainable development, the research first analyses the relationship of the character of the team's competence and the antecedents and the performance of team innovation, then builds the team's competence model for the technology innovation team.After summarizing the researches for competence, the thesis built a competence model for the technology innovation team.This study used interviews, survey design and other methods in order to discuss the relationships among the team's competence structure and the antecedents of team's innovation ability and team competence and innovation performence, through statistical data processing of 35-team samples.The result approves the first hypothesis of the research. There're mainly three parts of the conclusion. First, the model for the team's competence including the antecedents, team's competence and innovation performence; Team's competence structure including five dimensions: team's thought, learning initiatively, collaboration and communication, independence management and object promise. Second, the antecedents of team innovation including the two dimensions of the organization factors which is composed with innovation culture,innovation strategy and resource condition and the team design which is composed with team structure and task character,influence the team's ability and behavior to implement the technology innovation. Last but not least, the innovation performence includes the products innovation and process innovation, the team competence impacts the process innovation, and team competences significantly impact its innovation.
