This article is entitled "The construction of enterprise annuity incentive mechanism in Chinese staff welfare system". The "staff welfare system" is put in front of the "enterprise annuity", to give a clear definition to enterprise annuity - a benefit that enterprises provide to employees. It is a component of the enterprise human resources management tool.The author insists on a main thread runs through all, it would be: "the welfare of the staff, "human resources management incentive effect", "Construction of incentive mechanisms".The main elements:According to the theory of the welfare system and enterprise annuity system, the article first summed up the relationship between the two - Enterprise Annuity is an important component part of the staff welfare system, the two are important parts of the pay incentive system, all belonging to the enterprise human resource management areas. The article also discussed further in the enterprise annuity staff welfare system of human resources management, thus laying a keynote paper on -from the perspective of the welfare of the staff to look at the construction of China's Enterprise Annuity incentive mechanism.The incentive effects of the enterprise annuity not only performance as employees in the human resources management, as the welfare system .In addition, it has some incentive effect to enterprise development, to improve the living standards of employees after retirement, to relieve financial pressure for the government and for the stability of the capital market .Therefore, the enterprises can receive the support from all quarters when they establish the enterprise annuity system. Through the study of this chapter, the establishment of enterprise annuities will have a reason. Because of so many incentive effects of Enterprise Annuity, its construction become the focus of attention of the parties, the voice of Construction Enterprise Annuity also getting higher and higher. (See Chapter III Construction of China's Enterprise Annuity System incentive effects analysis)Based on the study of the third chapter, we are hopeful to build our enterprise annuity incentive mechanism. In the proposal of building a program before, we first need to understand our existing enterprise annuity system security level and encourage extent. Pension replacement rate is an important indicator to measure the level of protection of individuals, and for the same reason, enterprise annuity replacement rate level is an important indicator, a measure of enterprise annuity system level and encourage the degree of protection. As Chapter 4 of article passed on to the enterprise annuity replacement rate model analysis to identify affect China's Enterprise Annuity system development factors, as well as China's Enterprise Annuity alternative target rate determination.The last part is the Construction of China's Enterprise Annuity incentive mechanism. Enterprises should develop appropriate design programs, according to their specific conditions and human resources management strategies, including coverage of the planning model, payment methods, payment levels, management model, maintaining and increasing the value of the annuity, the annuity payments and transfers. This part of the exposition is taken by the author "raise questions - to solve the problem" approach, first described China's existing program design features and the option of further through feasibility studies, presented its own proposals.In the process of the establishment of the enterprise annuity incentive mechanism , the government and the employees also need to contribute their own forces, because it's a very complex task for the enterprise, and it is too difficult to establish an effective incentive mechanism enterprise annuity for the enterprise lonely.
