Learn From The American Model In China's Internal Control System

Internal control in America develops faster than other counties. After finance fraud of Enron in 2001, American government gradually perfects its internal control system. Nowadays, America has formed a perfected internalcontrol system which foundation is INTERNAL CONTROL------INTEGRATEDFRAMEWORK issued by COSO.On the contrary, internal control developed very late in our country. With the development of economy, the internal control system of our country can't meet the need of our country. Of one of the important problem is that we don't have internal control framework, which is the main reason of imperfect internal control system. We can learn from America's internal control system in order to make our internal control developed in theory and in practice. But it's a long process to form an integrated internal control system. Learning from American internal control system can help us to build our internal control system.I wrote my thesis according to this train of thought logic: Firstly, I explain what is system and I recite the development of internal control in America andintroduce briefly the development of INTERNAL CONTROL------INTEGRATEDFRAMEWORK. This framework has a lot of things for us to learn. I analyze the elements and all parts of American internal control system and show their relationship between each other. Then, I introduce the development of internal control norms in our country, including the time and their reasons of formation. I compare their shortcomings. Last, I design an internal control system of our country and illustrate the importance of internal control system. The key of internal control is to have our own internal control framework. In addition, we should have a law basis for our internal control system in order to carry out internal control according to law. During we build internal control system of our country, there are also a lot of issues to deal with, so we should pay attention to these problems.
