All knows that China will be the biggest market in the world. The vehicle magnates came in succession and they bring forth the latest types through the old ones to race to the marketing share, and the native producers too. The people's incomes arising, private purchasing becomes the main force nowadays. It is the absolutely main topic for all the enterprises how to keep advantages in the competition.The method to strengthen the quality control is put forward based on the study of the quality management in this thesis. Gathering the quality information for analysis in time is the powerful method to decrease the quality cost and raise the costumers'satisfactory. As well, the core competition strength of the enterprise is raised.The thesis describes the normal flow of the quality information. It begins with stating the methods of the quality management and quality control before the vehicles put into the market, then emphasizes on studying the means to gather the quality information in the after-sales field and to statistics as well. For the shortage of the methods to dealing with the information, the author puts forward statistical method named MOP/MIS. It makes the actually utilization time (Month In Service) and the production date related. By this mean, the failure quantity and the failure rate can be calculated. This method introduces the'Month Of Production'to gather and sort out the data. As the result of calculations, the actual failure rate and the rate in average can be used to recognize the failure distribution and meanwhile, it is convenient for the fault analysis and effective measures adoption. As the application to the practical work, the statistic and analysis process of the horn failure are described. It is proved that the method is effective and practical to better the quality and lower the guarantee fees as well. It is also proved useful for the enterprise to cut down the quality costs and raise the customer satisfaction.
