Efficiency-wage incentive mechanism is different from the traditional incentive mechanism, it emphasizes high-wage lead to high-productivity, rather than high-productivity lead to high-wage. Thus, it has been concerned widely since it's produced, it has been seen one of the most prospect areas in the contemporary macro-economic.After 20 years of development, China's private enterprises have initially completed the primitive accumulation of capital.Face the second pioneering, private enterprises need a lot of human capital, how to attract and the accumulate the human capital is the problem, which the private enterprises need to solve immediately.At the same time, because China has joined the WTO, domestic private enterprises not only face the domestic industries and enterprises'competition,but also face the foreign enterprises competition, in order to retain the core staff, businesses forced to carry out efficiency-wage for the core staff. Plus China suggest"building an innovation-oriented country, adhere to the road of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics"strategy, as the main body of the innovation--enterprises, how to change from passive to active to implement the efficiency-wage, which can attract and retain the business innovation person. And the actual effect of the efficiency-wage, which raises the author's thinking, and became the inducement of the paper.In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars on the efficiency-wage mainly focused on the efficiency-wage and unemployment, the micro foundation of efficiency-wage, efficiency-wage and the economic cycle. The study about empirical research of the efficiency-wage in enterprises in China , how to design inspire structure as well as its incentive effects is not too much.This paper has broken through the traditional study perspective of the efficiency-wage, under the asymmetric information conditions, select the China's private enterprises efficiency-wage mechanism actual effect to study the efficiency-wage, from the dynamic point of view to analyse the change of enterprise's growth target in different periods, and through practical research to know that the efficiency-wage's incentive effects of different groups in the enterprise, that is, to study the private enterprises actual incentive effects of the efficiency-wage subject.Based on this,the paper will launch the research as following aspects.Firstly, from the definition of the conversion private enterprises and the efficiency-wage, the paper illustrates and analyzes the category of the research, and also it describes the commissioned-agency theory and the incentive theory, which lays the foundation for the paper.Secondly, analysis the effect of efficiency-wage in theory areas. Through analysis the mechanism of efficiency-wage and the oretical models related to the efficiency-wage,and establish the mathematical model to know that the positive and negative effects of the efficiency-wage, and the paper choose the corporate profits ability ,the growth of the core staff, the core staff morale and the core competitiveness of enterprises as the measure of the efficiency-wage effects factors, building the theoretical model of the efficiency-wage effects .Thirdly, study the effect of the efficiency-wage with the empirical research in conversion private enterprises. Take The Jiangsu Shepherd Group as an example, from the empirical research view point to prove the actual effect of the efficiency-wage mechanism to the development of the enterprise,we know that the efficiency-wage mechanism are playing an important role in promoting the enterprise efficiency, the growth of the core staff, the core staff morale and the core competitiveness.Fourthly, the paper draws some conclusions.
