The group which everyone was born in 1980s is quite special and attention-getting in China. Now the group which has the number of over 200 million has already become a enormous part of Chinese labor market. " Every year several millions 80's graduates who are acquainted, passional and aspiring enter the labor market, but there are many reports on their weak vocational consciousness, lack of working ability, frequent job-hopping. This shows that 80's graduates adapting to the needs of enterprise are deficient, and this situation will continue possibly, therefore creative reward project is very important for talent-reserve and continuous development of enterprise in the 21st century. The inspiration of this thesis mainly arises from academic research on work experience and comprehensive reward model in recent years. The results of research have been confirmed by human resources management practice in overseas enterprises, but there has not been explicit data to display the validity in domestic enterprises. Based on study of domestic and foreign scholars, each integrant of comprehensive reward model is provided, which is composed of compensation, benefit and work experience, and then relevant theory assumptions are proposed. It is considered that the 80's graduate staff has been receiving more and more concern from enterprise, which is a rising labor group, and they have not been insufficiently inspired in practice. Accordingly, 80's graduate staff is chosen as study object, questionnaire survey method is adopted to obtain research sample on the basis of Level theory of demand and Dual factors theory, the work feeling of 80's graduate staff is taken as starting point, and each kind of reward factor is considered which affect their job satisfaction. For preliminary conclusions, statistical method is adopted to analyze the investigation results, and relevant analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis are completed by the software of SPSS 12.0 for windows. Then the previous assumptions are checked. It is concluded that the explanation from comprehensive reward model which takes work experience as main body on job satisfaction is more better than the explanation from reward model which only includes compensation and benefit. Finally, reasonable explanations are obtained according to the results of regression analysis and related theories and the suggestion is provided which apply comprehensive reward model to 80's graduate staff. The establishment of comprehensive reward model is innovational, which takes 80's graduate staff as object to make the demonstration research, introduces work experience to reward system and combines compensation and benefit to meet the need of 80's graduate staff.
