With the transformation of economic environment, individual marketing model has exhibited some maladjustment to enterprises. This thesis analysed the significance of team marketing model in company customer marketing, and clarified the key points in constructing the teamwork marketing model. Some conclusions can be used for reference in personal customer marketing.The first part of this thesis analysed the related theories of"marketing model"and"Client Value", and analysed the evolvement of personal marketing model, and concluded the the advantage of teamwork marketing comparing to the personal marketing. According to the analysis of the meaning of Client Value ,then definding the Client Value as the value created by the company, the core of teamwork marketing modes was concluded as Client Value.The second part of this thesis suggested the key factors of"teamwork marketing model with Client Value as the core"including the organization sturcture, salary motivation, and performance management, then analysed the key points and usual methods of configurating such key factors when designing the team marketing model.The third of this thesis took YT and LT for examples, and analysed the practical problems these companies met in company customer marketing, then constructed the"teamwork marketing model with Client Value as the core".The last part of this thesis compared the teamwork marketing schemes of these two companies and analysed the resimilarities and disimilarities of the two schemes, and supplemented the key points in implementing the teamwork marketing model.Meanwhile, the teamwork marketing could be expanded from single company to the whole group, and be applied in group resources coordination.
