Textile Enterprises Technological Innovation Ability Evaluation And Mode Selection

As an important economic resource, technology is playing a more prominent role than capital and labor in the economic development in economic globalization.Technological innovation has become an effective way to enhance enterprise's market competitiveness. As an important pillar industry of the national economy, the textile industry is the earliest industry linked to the world and one of the major foreign currency-earning export industries in China. The traditional textile industry faces many problems,such as fierce competition in the international market demands, a shorter and more precise delivery times, more diversified customer demand, lower prices and higher quality, more and better new materials, new technology, new equipment, new marketing mode,etc.Therefore,it is very significant for China's textile enterprises to constantly rely on technological innovation and promote the industrial upgrading while continuing to play the comparative advantage of abundant labor.This paper discussed the relationship between the ability and the model of technological innovation in textile enterprises and give the point of view that the technological innovation mode selection based on the ability of technological innovation in textile enterprises.First,this paper introduced the background of the research projects, the purpose of the study and its significance, main contents, research ideas and research methods. Starting with the basic theory of the technological innovation ability,this chapter introduced the content, features and structures of the technical innovation capacity and three main technological innovation models-independent innovation,imitation innovation and cooperation innovation.Then it introduced technological innovation's achievements, obstacles and other issues of the textile enterprise.Based on the selection criteria of the technological innovation ability evaluation indicators and the textile enterprises's own characteristics,this paper constructed the evaluation index system and evaluation model of the textile enterprises technological innovation ability.Then based on the evaluation of technological innovation ability and the characteristics of the textile enterprises, it raised the technological innovation mode selection's steps of the textile enterprises and the relationship with the technological innovation capability and the technological innovation mode selection. Finally,this paper used the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make an empirical analysis of the four cotton textile enterprises in Wuxi and sorted their technological innovation capacity.Then it analysized the relationship of the technological innovation capacity and the innovation mode selection of the cotton textile enterprises. Based on the conclusion of the research,it noted the direction to be further studied.
