As the information technology penetrates into banking, bank online springs up worldwide. Bank on line changes the traditional management mode, offers a convenient and diversified service, and challenges the traditional legal system framework for banking supervision and management. A strengthened supervision and management on risk must be applied, so as to ensure the mushroom growth of bank on line. With respect to the business risks of bank on line, this thesis draws some ideas upon how to improve the legal system framework for banking supervision and management. The ways been used are qualitative analysis and analytical comparison.My thesis is be divided into three parts.The first part talks about the risks of bank on line and its challenges to legal system framework for banking supervision and management. At the very beginning, the definition of bank on line is given, preparing the ground for a latter description of its risk and features. Then a detailed analysis is made on the characteristic of the risk of bank on line, revealing the challenges that follow.The second part deals with the study and insights of the legal system framework for banking supervision and management. Some enlightens are yielded through the analysis and study of the legal system framework in global community.The third part is the reflection on China's the legal system framework for banking supervision and management. Based on the analysis on the present legislation of the legal system framework, the existing problems of our national banking some systems is revealing .Finally I give my assumption on how to strength china's legal system framework for banking supervision and management at both the macroscopic and microscopic level.
