Therefore to solve this problem, we have studied the Western country and the Chinese telecommunications industry reform course and our country's current telecommunication market mechanism, as well as development main feature and existence question.The research reveals that our country current telecommunication market competition pattern already forms, but the telecommunication market resources deployment not yet achieves the most superior condition, and was also having so-called "the Marshall difficult position". We discussed the economies of scale and the competition unification of opposites relations, and pointed out that the large scale profession needs realizes balanced between the economies of scale and the competition efficiency, thus both displays the market competition efficiency, and the respect profession scale, our country telecommunications industry ideal market mechanism goal realizes the effective competition, but advances the telecommunications industry reorganization is the establishment effective competitive system foundation.Finally this article put forward the imagination that reforming telecommunications industry reorganization in our country.
