Tin Yan Company's Financial Management Model Study

Nowadays, with the rapid development of world economy and extensive use of modern information technique, competitions between enterprises mainly exist in management. Management of group enterprises causes great change to the content and requirement of management.. It is proved that the key to success lies in management with financial management as its core. Therefore, financial management is the key part of enterprise management, especially in group enterprise, where the complexity of property right decides the difficulty in financial management. Meanwhile, as the group scale extends continuously, the charge of its subsidiaries and branches becomes more and more difficult.In this case, the importance of creating a perfect, scientific, reasonable and efficient group enterprise financial management mode stands out. This thesis , based on the research into a state-owned company Tianyan Company and its specific situations, drawing lessons from the domestic and international gained research result and advanced experience and adopting the method of comparing study and combining theory and practice, puts forward integrated financial management mode which is fit for the competitions among enterprises in the network environment and Tianyan as well.This thesis contains 3 parts.There are 3 chapters in the first part—Chapter One, Chapter Two and Chapter Three. The background , meaning and domestic and international research are introduced here. By thoroughly analyzing present financial management of TY as well as related theories of group enterprise financial management mode, the writer states an urgent problem—creating a new financial management mode.The second part is the key part with the 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th chapter. To begin with, there is introduction of the advantages and disadvantages and accommodation of 3 major financial management mode, namely centralization mode, divisionalization mode and mixture of centralization and divisionalization mode. On the base of reality, particular situation of Tianyan, it not only provides Tianyan with an integrated financial management mode, but also systematically expounds the definition and characteristics of integrated financial management mode as well as its specific formation with regards to six important aspects, such as aims management and management right, etc.Finally, great importance is attached to the explanation of the application of integrated management mode. Then Level analysis is introduced to comment on the effects of this new mode on Tianyan's comprehensive financial situation.In Part Three, the sixth Chapter, the writer records her experience and acquisition during the process of writing this paper. The writer also puts out some possible mistakes and comes up with some suggestions on how to improve and perfect the paper.
